Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Women usually let forgo their share in ancestral property? Can offspring/s of such women claim aforesaid property?Is consent of their mother required?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the mother has already relinquished her right to claim her share in the ancestral property when partitioned or transferred, there is no way her children can later on independently stake a claim therein.
