Women Property Share

A Family has 2 Daughters and a Son. The Parents are died a accident 5 years back. All their children are married.

One of their daughter was expired after giving berth to twin (girl) childs.

Now they (Son, Daughter and Children of the Other Daughter) want to sell the property. What will be the share of each person? The children of expaired daughter are eligible for the property share?

You need to first specify about the Religion to which deceased and his/her/their heirs belong. There are varied rules of succession as per respective personal laws.

The sale proceed shall be divided in three equal shares and the children shall be entitled to the share of deceased daughter.
