Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have won a case in the small cause court and the opposite party has filed in the high court. It is in pre-admission stage. What is it? Do I need to meet someone or do something or does the high court judge read the previous judgement and makes a decision whether to admit the case or not.

no High court does not have any thing to do with lower court order ... he will see the merit of the case and admit /reject
