Hi,
X is the allottee of land which was developed by a Housing society.

X has given registed Power of attorney to Y
After some years Y is getting the sale deed from Hosing society after
providing the affidavit stating that i am the Power agent of X.
Housing society is providing the sale deed as "in favour of X represented by Y"
In Sale deed - X signature is not available. only Y (Power agent sign and Housing
society sign is available"
Questions :
Does X has any rights on property
Does Y can sell the property to anybody
Legally who is the owner of the property now? X or Y
Is it advisable to purchase this property from Y.
If it is to be purchased . Does X's signature is mandatory.
