Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
'X' person gave the JPA to 'Y' person and that 'Y' person sold us the property way back in 1980s, and gave it as a gift deed to my father? my father has registered it and we have paid all KHATA and TAXES.
Is this is legal? can that X or Y person may harm it at any time?
