Xs Grandmother (Father's Mother) is "GM.

GM had 3 sons A,B & C.

"X" is the son of "A"

GM bought 240 sq ft land L then GM died.

After "GM" died the younger son "C" executed the document like. C is only the owner of land L and made a registration in the year 2001 with the signatures of "A" & "B". After some days A died.

At the date of registrationMr X is the major(22 yrs old) and he never signed on the document as an ancestor.

Can X file a civil case on C to get his ancestor share from the land L.? what are the possibilities for X to get it succeed the case?
