Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
�X��s Grandmother (Father's Mother) is "GM�.
�GM� had 3 sons A,B & C.
"X" is the son of "A"
�GM� bought 240 sq ft land �L� then �GM� died.
After "GM" died the younger son "C" executed the document like��. �C� is only the owner of land �L� and made a registration in the year 2001 with the signatures of "A" & "B". After some days �A� died.
At the date of registration�Mr �X� is the major(22 yrs old) and he never signed on the document as an ancestor.
Can �X� file a civil case on �C� to get his ancestor share from the land �L��.? what are the possibilities for �X� to get it succeed the case?
