Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

In the year 1929 a land was assigned to a person belongs to Depressed Class and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the property and he died living behind his two sons and they got in continue possession and enjoyment of the property and in the year 1967 they mortgaged the land under a registered deed to a person belong to Forward Caste person and subsequently after lapse of 8 years it has been released from mortgage and sold away the same to a person belongs to Schedule Caste and revenue authorities were issued pattadar pass books in his name and after his death his two sons were made partitioned in the year 1995 under un register partition deed and it was comes to the share of 2nd son and since then he is in possession and enjoyment of the property by getting pass books from revenue authorities and in the years 2012 May month I person belongs to Backward Class purchased the said land for a valuable consideration and it is yet to be registered and the vendor of the land could give back the money also as such how I can registered the said land legally please give me suggestion with judgment support and I learnt that the said transaction was prohibited under assigned land (Prohibition of Transfers) act 1977 in ANDHRA PRADESH but some of the advocates are advice me it is not comes under the act since several transactions has been took place by knowing all authorities like revenue and registering authorities .. Please give a suggestion Sir.

There are local laws restricting transfer of such lands.

See those local laws as also terms of allotment of the land and act accordingly.
