Legal Question in Securities Law in India
I am a guarantor of a borrower financed for a ssi unit. account not declared npa in bank books. notice under sec 13(2) issued but notice under sec 13(4) not issued. put "hold" on my accounts credit balance. bank recovery team approached to my house. they asked to houseleady to vacate house immediately for possession otherwise forcefully do the same. i have deposited overdues immediately. as such my image in public. damaged. please tell me what i do.

you may file a suit for recovery, damages and defamation against the borrower of the loan.
