Legal Question in Securities Law in India
Can an order obtained u/s 34 Of arbt.&concil;.act 1996 in mumbai(NSE)be challenged under sec.37 AFTER 2 YEARS .The broker is in mumbai and we are in in a small city .Which would be proper court?

even though the limitation to challenge the order u/s 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act has expired, you may try your luck by moving an application for condonation of delay. The appeal u/s 34 lies to the District Judge and under Sec. 37 lies to the High Court.
