partnrtship act
we have a partnership firm. all partners are family members. i have two queries
1) we have two flats inthe name of firm. which are given on rent by other parter which are not register. without consent of other partners.this flats belongs to firm prior to their admission. there is no such clause in p'ship deed confirming their right in property formed prior to their admission. please tell what is their right in the property prior to their admission and actions criminal as well as civil that can be taken against them.
2) we have development right in a plot of land in the name of same firm. all register partner are willing to sell this right except those who are not register and admitted to firm after the rights are gained. please let me know wether we can sell this right without consent of unregister partners. they have 25 percent of share
