Legal Question in Securities Law in India
sir we have taken a stay in DRT court in Bangalore which was unconditional.Bank has issued us a notice under sarfesi act under section 13(2) but in notice they demanded entire loan amount,they did not ask actual amount to be payable neither they give statement of account with notice,whether notice under section 13(2) will be valid or iilegal.Plz advise,if Ilegal than what is option with Bank

you may appear before the bank within the period of stipulated 60 days.
