unauthorised share transaction by broker

sir,in my friends dmat account his broker made number of transaction,which were not sought/permitted by my friend and huge loss caused to him.what actions can be taken against the broker?

We have been handling large number of such transcations against India Bulls, in this regard, it is better that you file a consumer case against the broker for deficiency in services and unfair trade practices, though as per your contract there must be a provision for SEBI appointed Arbitrator, Yet MRTPC & Consumer forums are better remedies, for more details [email protected], 9910472298
