Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
is this a crime.
If a girl agree to have a sex with his boyfriend dring his relationship. But unfortunately she become a pregnant by mistake with her boyfriend.
But he`s refuses to acceptance to his baby.
And aafter a while day`s she registered a case against his boyfriend.
According to Above story I just want to know that.
In this case Police able to arrest his boyfriend or not.
If yes Then what act will Fallen on the victim.
If 'No' Why it is...
Please answerable me as soon as possible.
