Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Dear sir,

Is law bound the person for marriage,as intially he use me for his need,what will be the best way to approach on this. i am pregnant too,and he deniy to marry.when i conversate with him he said if you want to put case on me you can,but you can only able to send me to jail ,but you never bound me for marry.

intial that fellow is already under sum cases, he is married,but his wife left him ,and a dowery & harrashment case is already going on him.some other legal cases is on him.

after all these circumtances what will be the way for marry as i dont want to abort ,and i dont want to commit suicide.....but i am scared a lot...............i am not finding out any way................conditions are so adverse.................

You may lodge a criminal case of "rape" and / or cheating against him, if he made you pregnant with a false promise of marriage;

You may also be entitled to other appropriate reliefs like "shared accommodation", compensation for maintenance etc. under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
