Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Due to professional rival-ship my coullegue give false complaint to the police station against me to harass her. She is of almost 50 year old lady and faced cancer treatment 1 year back, i am a bechelor of 34 year, i did nothing and never speak bad words to her. plz help me how to face this matter, she is demanding wrtten apology letter, which will block my carrier for the whole life, kindly help me, Raju Vijay Saini 9213979625 Delhi NCR Gurgaon.

you may seek help of a lawyer to handle the situation. he would file the necessary suit restraining the lady from defaming you and further build your defence in case she initiates any proceedings u/s 354 of IPC.
