Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

dear sir,

I am a friend of a girl. The girl belongs to a poor class family. She is the edlest amongs brother and sister. She is leaving with her family in kanpur. They came from south so does not know much in inital days. Her father is a drunyard and mother is a good wife. Mean time a person of his father age entered into her family. Initially he helped her family by financially. When the girl was in class seven that person said her to marry. since she respected her she did not resisted. the person harrased sexually for three year. then after 3 year that guy left her family and living in kanpur City. girl knew that he is not going to marry so, she left hope and did not talked for next 6 years. but once agin that guy said that i will do sucide if you will not maary the girl was afraid and once again started to physical contact. after two years guy did not married. she left hope. she is 28 and the guy is around 48. I know that played a game with her. she never told all this to any body

File a police complaint straight away cuz this kind of people need a treatment from the police and I am sure the police would take the necessary steps.In case of need you may contact me for further advice.

Why you are interested in this matter when girl herself has no objection and letting herself to be harassment? In case of need ask her to lodge a police complaint against that man.
