am wondering how this question is posted in sexual harassment column. anyways, if you want to give divorce to her and she wants to marry that other man, i see no problem in that. you may go ahead and bestow her with happiness. is there any confusion. do let me know.

Talk ot ur wife and seek divorce first File a mutual consent divorce petition and then allow ur wife to re marry the person she loves.

i feel for you that u want her happiness but u also owe the duty towards ur son who is now 10 years old. your wife has gone astray and you need to be prudent. file the cases under sections 494, 497 and 498 of IPC, with the motto to shoo away that man and bring home ur wife.

you can consult some marriage councellors to get her mind on right direction.

Firstly talk to your wife and take her view on the subject matter.It might be attraction only.So before taking any step talk to your wife then decide the future course of action.Contact with detail if necessity arise.

Your simple remedy is that obtain divorce by mutual consent, which has become very easy these days, since this is what your wife and you want. Any good lawyer can get you divorce with 15 days.
