A labour raped by her owner. Now she is pregnent. Now she is in critical physical states. Is there any provision in India to save their lives with Govt. help.

she needs medical help first and simultaneously an f.i.r. u/s 376 can be lodged against the owner. you may approach the legal services authority and they will provide you with free legal help.
