Lady presses sexual harassment complaint after initially consenting
A lady in the office mentioned that her supervisor is sexually harassing her....asking her for sexual favors. Lady mentions that she is not relenting and the boss is obsessed with her. She has quit - as she feels that her boss is bent on having her sexually.
When the boss is questioned he says - I have already indicated this to another senior employee that I am in love with her and I would like to marry her. My intentions are absolutely honorable. I will divorce my wife and marry my sub-ordinate. We have a good relationship, she has taken money from me to tide over some personal financial difficulty and she is consenting initially and now the relationship seems to have turned sour. How can she complain of sexual harassment?
Question - When the lady initially consents to having an emotional relationship and later puts a complaint that she is sexually harassed - Is this a valid complaint?
