Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
I am living with a man from last 2 years, we are having physical relation and i got abortion 2 times. He always promised for marriage, now he says because of his parents he cannot marry me. Now he got a new job and he is leaving city.Can I do any legal action against him?

Yes, "live-in" relationship has been recognised in law as practically a 'husband - wife' relationship. You may be entitled to seek legal action - civil as well as criminal - against your partner under the Domestic Violence Act.
