Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
One Marketing Company has provided the list of various websites for marketing purpose. He has asked to open each site and publish their advt. However Some of the websites from the list are adult websites. My Family members and children were working on the web list and by mistake they have opened such kind of websites also.
As he list has been provided by the company, so can we act on this under appropriate provision of law. Is there any IPC Section meant for such activity? Please let me know
