Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
i am a photographer and want to do a nude shoot of my model. the model is willing but i am afraid of the legal hassles involved. what paperwork do i need from the model. and at all doing nude photography is allowed. i do not intend to circulate the photographs.

nude photography may be illegal but laws regarding the same are not strict enough.
