Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

I had posted a question before regarding a fraud girl who lied to me about her name, age, address, family status and continued to lie to me for two years. Recently when i came to know about her real identity, she tried to force me to marry her. She had, in a very cunning way, without my knowing about her intentions, taken me to her home and almost like kept me captive there for quite a stretch of time. Once i tried to escape out of that place but i was caught. Finally i was able to escape again with the help of a cousin of hers. She used to threaten me and her family members with suicide and created trouble in the family if anyone in her family tried to oppose her intentions. Her age is 25 and my age is 21 which is why i don't want to marry, along with her lies for two years being another season. Now although i've escaped from that place, she has approached the police. I've a few proof against her regarding her lying to me for so much time in a conversation recording where she agreed that she had told me lies the whole time. Here i'l have to mention that there have been instances of physical relationships among which mostly it was her advances. Although not properly penetrative sex, still i used to use protection. Many a times i even tried to keep her away from me. Please advice what my legal steps should be now.
