Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

i have praposed a girl in collage in front of the whole class and also taken the video shooting of the whole event.

but,

the day before,

the same girl which i proposed msg me and gave me a dare to propose a girl i like in front of the whole class.

and now she has complaned the principal.

can the girl complain in the police statio and take legal action against me so what should i do now

had she sent you a message to propose the principal, would have u dared to do that....the fault is yours that you proposed in front of the class and now you may apologize to her.
