Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Sir,i am 27 yr old girl, having a boy friend from last 8 months, as everybody having a past.i disclosed all the things as well as he also. But he always tortured me by beating me badly due to my old boy friends. But still i admitted my mistakes.He always forced me to go on trips with him as he said he would commit suicide if i wont agree. i told my parents that i wanna marry him as it would be a intercast marriage but still they agreed as i forced my parents. Now i am having a look that this person is becoming voilent again and again. he dznt miss a single chance to beat me. We spend good moments too as we went on some trips together. He is having all the photos. When ever i tell him that i dont want to stay with him , he alwass threaten me that he wants 3 lakhs rupees he has spend on me in the trips.He just start blackmailing me.Now i dont want to live with him as i was very emotionally attached with him. But now he has become so phsyco that its really impossible to stay with him . Now i dnt wanna marry him. But if i would say this thing to him. He will again start blackmailing me. My parents so much innocent.that guy even doesnot like when i go to office as i am in delhi and he is from chandigarh. Now i came to know that that his family history is also not good. I am really feared now. i just want to keep away myself from him. What should i do. Please suggest me. That person is just a phsyco. as when my parents checked the Kundli,He is a manglik also. and cnt marry with him. But he is not ready to listen this. Please suggest. What should i do?
