Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
I submitted Audio Recording of a person harassing me to the departmental committee constituted by the college administration. He was found guilty and was given a warning latter but the college has issued a warning letter to me for recording the conversation which took pace in the chamber of senior officials. Is this correct? what should I do in this case. Please help...

File a police complaint against all the person harrassing you .

you may approach the high court and submit all the proofs and state the facts of the case to enable the high court issue a writ of mandamus against the specific authorities who are trying to falsely implication a victim of sexual harassment.
