Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
I am younder brother .My elder sister having dispute with parents regarding property . To under pressure them she put allegation of outrage of modesty on me and managed to file an FIR with the help of local goon and police .In FIR she wrote her modesty was outraged in 2008 but launched the FIR 2010 . Pls help me what to do . How can such FIR be dismissed . New Delhi

What exactly are the allegations against you by your elder sister , write in detail. FIR can only be quashed u/s 482 Crpc before the High Court. You have to make out your case for quashing.
