Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
Hello,
I am from bangalore and my girlfriend is from dubai and we both want to marry, about the girl, her own parents expired when she was 3 yrs, now she is staying with her guardian, her guardian's brothers and guardian is forcing her to stop contacts with me and hurt her physically (belted). can you please advice how best i can solve this problem and we both can get married without her guardians and uncles. and in future also they should not enter into our personal life.
Please advice what to do.
