Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
kindly help us we want urgently( because we hav very less time now) that whether the modified DCR33(5) of the year 6-12-2008 is applicable to redevelopment schemes of 2006 of registered societies,also want the date of its applicabilty. .can u give us the documentary proof wit the date of its applicability, want some reference or tell us where we can get it as wer need dat proof.
