I m a resident of Mumbai staying in a Co-op Hsg Scoiety . I want a NOC from Society Which they Denied since my Maintanence is pending . I want to know can society deny this and is there any law Framed ?

Yes, if you do not pay the charges the society may refuse to issue you NOC.
