Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
I am a seperated lady with children. I have a good relation with the family of one of my male colegue . One of my close relative of maternal side, my brother in law does not like this relation between us and he threated my colegue over phone and he made a G.D in local P.S. The I.C called both of them and in presence of mediators, my colegue was forced to wrin on white paper that he would not keep any relation with me. I was not present there and both of us do not agree to break our relation. What should we do ? Does the agreement have any value when both of us are adult and I have no consent on that agreement. Both the parties, two witnesses and the I.C himself had signed on the paper

Dear Madam,
(Balurghat, Dinajpur, West Bengal)
While my colleague Rajiv Gupta has looked at it from your viewpoint, I would like to caution you that the preliminary action taken by the Police Sub-Inspector is from the legal (law and order) viewpoint. If the matter escalates anytime again, from either your separated husband's side, or from your colleagues wife's side, or from your maternal side, you will be the first person to be summoned to the local Dinajpur Police Station for questioning and ascertaining your intentions and deeds.
Regards,
