Legal Question in Social Security Law in India

Hi sir i would like to ask a question that if a political person while speaking in his party meeting at all public people have attended it if the political person says that (just leave our community(muslims) people for 15 minutes with out any police force and co-operate with us we have the capacity to destroy all temples of hindus and to kill the people of hindus) sir this the statement by the one of the buster AKBAR UDDIN OWAISI, to bring some clashes between the two major communities in INDIA so is there is any chance to punish that person seriously and to cancel his member ship from assembly,and again he would not participate in elections till his death,and there is any chance to cancel the party registration pls give answer for this sir iam egarly waiting for reply thank you sir.........

This query has been logged from Amberpet, Srinivasapuram, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

The concerned person is making inflammatory statements likely to disturb communal harmony, leading to a law and order situation in the locality. I recommend a Non Cognizable offence be filed against the concerned person (signed by at least three persons present in the assembly where such statement was made) in the Amberpet Police Station for their information and appropriate action.
