Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
Sir my Sister got married in November 2011, today situation is in law home members are blackmailing her beating her.
Presently my sister is with us and we want to file a complain in the court against her husband to compensate her and claim her right in her husband property.
Sir please help how we can do it ?

Yes you can. File DV case/ Police Coimplaint through a lawyer.
