Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
Sir,
I am planning to install DTH services in my house. Due to the technical requirement - DTH services can only be installed in the South East direction. My house faces on the other side of the building. Hence I cannot fit the DTH disc near my house. I wanted to install the disc on the terrace of my building, but was told by the secratary of the building that we cannot install it on the terrace as it might amount to water leakage. I am in a fix as I am not allowed. Kindly suggest.

How water leakage is subject to installing of DTH equipment ?, this may be discussed with secretary and find out solution for the same !!
