Dear Sir / Madam,

If 2/3rd majority of members in any past Annual General Body meeting of the Society have consented that the Society ground may be given to members for conducting social functions, it is allowed. It remains the concerned member's responsibility to keep sound decibels under control and to clear up the premises no sooner the function is over. A 2/3rd majority can reverse the earlier decision of the Society.

If the concerned member does not abide by Society's rules and regulations, the Managing Committee of the Society can pass a resolution to the effect that any charges incurred by the Society for upkeep of the Society ground post any function, will be charged to the concerned member in the next bill.
