If the Society is unregsitered and behaving in a very indiscipline way affecting the human fundamental right, which way to proceed legally ? Where to file a case i.e. which court and laws are appilcable ?

1. Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies;
2. Co-operative Court;
3. Civil Court;
4. Corporation / Local Authority;
5. Police;
6. General Body &;
7. Federation.
