Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
i am working in syndicate bank since 32 years. i was dismissed after conducting inquiry on bribe charges actually there are no complaints againest me ; after leaving a branch after 2 years collected bribe complaints from certain parties and they are not produced for inquiry and said that charges are proved. same parties have submitted withdrawal letters now gratuity is denied stating moral turpitude suggest me the steps
