The laws are made by presenting Bill which when passed by the State Legislature becomes an Act. Article 196, 200 and 201 of the Constitution of India deal with making of law which comprise of presenting the Bill, discusison on the same, agreeing of the same by the Assembly, assent to the same by the Governor and finally its notification in the Official Gazette of the State.
