Can we avoid tax on sale of immovable property on the basis of registered Will against immovable property before the death of the person who made the will and sharing the property according to the terms of the Will among the family members by not paying the tax as per laws of India?

you cannot sell the property in the WILL when the Testator is alive,as the WILL excutes only after the Testator dies,as there could be a CODICIL at any point of time as long as the Testator is alive.
