We are already in the field of manufacture of Alternators. We are not a SSI unit. We propose to manufacture Alternator with a Foreign customer's design and name plate ? Please let us know the procedure.

Take license from them or sign a joint venture agreement. The agreement should be comprehensive in a sense that it must cover the following areas:
-- IP laws
-- Contract law
-- Tax Laws
-- Company Law

The agreement should comply of Company Law, Contract law etc.
