Creating a HUF
Sir, I am a married and having one female child. My father has already one HUF and I am a coparcener in that HUF. Now my question is am I able to form my own HUF and my second question is can a HUF give a gift to the other HUF. Thanks

(1) At this point of time you cannot create your HUF.
(2) Yes one HUF can give a gift to another HUF.
