Creation of HUF
I m a working woman, having no child. I and my husband wants to creat a HUF & mu husband became karta of the said HUF. Shall we creat HUF? I Heard that if there is no child than it is not possible to creat HUF guide me.

Yes the information which you have got is absolutely right. You cannot create an HUF.
