my father owned a enterprise, the enterprises was in loss , he costed the company and worked as an advices in other firm . My father expired a month back. after he expired we got a notice that my father is liable to pay rupees 40 lakh sales tax. are we liable to pay the tax on his behalf . He has a property worth 30 lakhs on his name.
