I have imported machinery under EPCG scheme. Can I lend the machinery on lease to someone ? if so, any other condition is there ?

Under the compulsion three years licensing you are thereby to export the manufactured products conditionally so as to avail of the scheme.But you there are no such conditions that you are not allowed to hire the machinery,etc. in any case the end product is to be exported at any cost by either of the parties.
