We are the manufacturer of excisable goods. Can we send the inputs/parts directly to our job work from our supplier and received the processed goods for use in our final product ? If so, when we should take the cenvat credit of original goods ? What is the documentation for this type of transaction ?

Dear,
Yes you can send the inputs directly from the place of supplier to the job worker. You can take the CENVAT on such inputs when they are finally received in your factory after processing from the job worker. The mopvement of goods from Supplier to job worker shall be on the bases of Supplier Invoice mentioning the name of consignee as the name of Job worker. JOb worker shall send you the processed goods on challan along with copy of the duty paid invoices of the supplier of inputs.
