Nri taking business in india
An NRI (Person of Indian Origin but holding foreign country passport ) , started business in india by buying land (Agriculture & Non agriculture land ) in india and developing a Health/Recreation/Sports resort type facilities while remaining Proprietor.
Money comes through regular banking channels.
What legal obligation has to be complied with to remain in business.
Proprietor comes twice or thrice in a year to india to look after the affairs.
Will the business alongwith the proprietor be treated as Resident in india.
Till date no permission has been taken from any Govt. Body, except the land has been got registered in the name of proprietor.

You need to follow the RBI guidelines regarding the said better. The best way is that you may contact a local lawyer who practices tax.
