I have rent agreement on Rs.100/-Non judicial stamp paper for period of less than one year.Let me know can we submit agreement to Income tax department for tax deduction purpose without Notary?.However we have submitted original rent receipt to IT.Specify law for this....

I hope you are talking about IT section 80GG,to avail of deduction under this section you are not required to submit anything at the time of filing your ITR.As and when the assessing officer requests you to show the proof/evidence,at the time of assessment then you may submit the rent receipts of that particular financial year.
