hello sir, Just i want know that, i purchased the stamp paper today 28th Nov,2012 for dissolution of Partnership firm. But firm has been dissolved in 1st apr, 2012. Can be make agreement dissolution is effected in 1st april ,2012 retrospective effect

Yes only if all acts and duties of partnership had ended by then e.g closure of bank accounts payment of creditors, receipts from debtors etc.
