He earns a 34 lacs per month. but doesnt get indian salary. he only get a US salary in his account. he is MD of a company in india. I want to know is he liable to pay tax in india also considering he doesnt get indian salary. If he has to pay tax in india also, then can his wife get this tax return info through RTI or not? if not, then what is the way to get it? i need to get a proof of his income in crpc 125. He earns a huge amount but gave a fake salary slip in court of 40 thousand per month , which is false. How can iprove it?

Re: TAx on expatriate position...
Your question is highly appreciable but at the same time not quite clear as you didn't say about his status in filing his return. You have to state whether he is filing returns in India or in USA,since his date of joining in India is not given. In my opinion he must be filing his returns in US till he earns INR.RTI act applies in India and I don,t have any idea about it in US.But even under RTI you may not seek anybody's personal records,it applies only to public interested issues, whereas yours is purely personal. You may apply to his office for seeking his salary statement in the capacity of his spouse. If the company does not provide such info then you may file a petition against the company where your husband works to extract info about the salary of your husband.
